Triodos Investment Management is currently hiring a Client Service Officer (28 hours)

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems and enhance business operations.

As part of your role, you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact between Triodos Investment Management and its service providers (Transfer Agents / Fund Distribution platforms & partners / Fund Data dissemination platforms & partners) fund distributors, investors/account holders ensuring inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled efficiently to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role you:

• support Business Development team on all sales and account management activities.
• have client Interaction and respond promptly to client inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information.
• have administrative duties; maintain and update client databases, manage records securely, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• liaise with business development, marketing, product management, fund reporting, compliance, kyc team e.o. to integrate client requests into smooth workflows.
• provide clients with guidance on products or services, including fund trade technical support when necessary.
• perform on monitoring and reporting; track client interactions, document processes, and identify potential service issues for proactive intervention.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

• Investment Management knowledge; Knowledge of fund & data distribution channels and fund trade processing
• strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and handle complex interactions.
• ability to understand international client needs and respond appropriately.
• analytical skills to investigate issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
• familiarity with CRM systems and operational systems relevant to client management.
• ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• skills to handle disputes or complaints professionally and maintain positive client relationships.

• a salary appropriate to the position, our remuneration policy and your experience (2,790 –  2,994 based on 28-hour work week)
