Are you a seasoned treasury professional with a passion for leading change and driving innovation? Currently, we would like to bring on board a Product Manager Treasury.

How you will make a difference

We are seeking a Product Manager Treasury to drive change and oversee the operations side of our treasury team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in shaping the organisational structure of the treasury team by designing and implementing an effective operating model. As Product Manager you will be responsible for rethinking and strengthening the set-up of the Treasury function, ensuring effective and efficient operations by defining processes, establishing workflows and optimising resources, with a key priority on implementing a sophisticated Treasury Management System. In addition, you will lead the operational activities of Triodos Treasury.

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have the capabilities to:

• design and implement an effective operating model for the treasury function
• lead the (re)implementation of a sophisticated Treasury Management System
• lead and manage change initiatives within the Treasury function, utilising strong treasury management expertise
• oversee post-trade processing, documentation, and lifecycle management for swaps and bonds
• develop and enforce robust controls, processes and policies that promote accuracy, accountability, and continuous training to minimize operational risk and prevent errors
• establish, describe and monitor treasury policies, controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the treasury function
• regularly review and enhance procedures, leveraging automation and technology to reduce manual intervention and mitigate the risk of mistakes

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

• more than 10 years hands-on experience in treasury operational functions and/or treasury transformation
• strong project management skills and a result-oriented approach
• zero tolerance to error in settlements, confirmations, and accounting of treasury transactions
• proven expertise in designing and implementing operating models, including defining processes, workflows, controls, and governance for a Treasury function
• experience implementing robust controls, checks, and reconciliation processes to prevent errors, omissions, and operational losses
• proven experience in (re)implementing and optimising Treasury Management Systems
• hands-on experience with various Treasury Management Systems, preferably at different employers proven
• ability to document operational processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• availability of 36 hours a week and living in the Netherlands
