Currently, we would like to bring on board a Talent Acquisition Lead.
How you will make a difference
You demonstrate a deep understanding of the mission of Triodos Bank and are willing to take responsibility for safeguarding, representing, and contributing to its development. As the face of Talent Acquisition (TA), you combine a strategic view with hands-on execution, ensuring our recruitment strategy aligns with Triodos’ purpose while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
In this role you will:
- Translate Triodos’ mission and strategy into actionable TA practices, ensuring our recruitment processes reflect our values and drive impact.
- Shape the future of TA at Triodos: Lead the implementation of our new HRIS system (expected in 2026/2027), ensuring a smooth transition and embedding it into our daily operations.
- Develop and refine TA policies, keeping them up to date with legal requirements, industry standards, and Triodos’ evolving needs.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), aligning TA initiatives with business goals.
- Manage external networks and vendors: Oversee relationships with partners like LinkedIn, Magnit, and other sourcing platforms, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Roll up your sleeves: While strategic, you’re not afraid to get hands-on—whether it’s filling critical vacancies, refining job descriptions, or supporting the team in high-priority hires.
- Lead with data: Use recruitment analytics to measure success, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Champion the candidate journey: Design and deliver an optimal candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects Triodos’ values.
- Drive the Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Develop and communicate a compelling EVP that attracts top talent and aligns with our mission.
- Benchmark and innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends by analysing what other leading banks and organisations are doing and adapt best practices to our context.

To succeed in this role, you:
- Have a passionate commitment to Triodos Bank’s core values, with evidence of living these values in practice.
- Design, develop, and align TA processes, policies, and programs with country/business priorities, culture, and organizational values.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization (e.g., HR Business Partners, HR Services) to align and monitor CoE solution delivery and performance.
- Maintain external accreditations and stay updated on emerging regulations and industry best practices through professional development, conferences, and specialist media.
- Build a high-performance culture by designing programs that assess and recognize the skills needed for organizational success.
Additionally, you are:
- Strong in stakeholder management and data-driven analysis (drawing conclusions and making recommendations from multiple sources).
- A seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with a strong track record—also in hiring senior and director-level talent.
- Experienced in working with an ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging AI in this line of work.
- Willing to work 32–36 hours per week.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Located in the Netherlands.
Your future colleagues
You will report to the Head of Center of Expertise. In Talent Acquisition you work closely together with two Talent Acquisition Experts. The Talent Acquisition team is part of CoE which consists of, Learning & Development, FLOW & Co-worker Experience, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits and Talent management & Leadership. In total 11 co-workers.
You are part of the CoE Lead meetings in order to contribute to cross-functional discussions, shaping HR strategies and ensuring TA remains a key driver of organisational success.
