Do you want to make a difference and contribute to creating a better world? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge, while putting your ideals to work? Join us, we are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.

We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organization was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.

Currently, we’re looking for a Transformation Manager within our Transformation Office, which is part of the wider Strategy Execution team.

How you will make a difference

  • You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by strengthening disciplined strategy execution across the organization and helping ensure that strategic change investments are aligned with our Group Strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • As  the right hand of the Head of Strategy Execution, with a view of the organization, you will help shape and steer an integrated portfolio of strategic change initiatives and provide decision-ready insights for senior governance and leadership forums.

  • You will support directors and business owners in defining measurable outcomes and performance indicators that contribute to strategic priorities.

  • You will monitor portfolio performance, budget use, progress against objectives, and expected versus realised value, and you will challenge where results are off track.

  • You will prepare high-quality portfolio overviews, prioritization proposals, and escalation materials to support effective decision-making at senior level.

  • You will facilitate portfolio governance processes and ensure that the right information is available for timely review and steering.

  • You will identify delivery, budget, and timeline risks early, support escalation where needed, and help shift conversations from activity and output to outcomes and value realisation.

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious about their impact on society, environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, strategic portfolio management, or enterprise change delivery.

  • previous experience in banking, financial services, or another complex international matrix environment.

  • proven experience with portfolio steering, budget oversight, and benefits or value tracking across multiple initiatives.

  • practice in working with OKRs, KPIs, governance reporting, and senior stakeholder management.

  • be successful in working with executive governance bodies and senior leaders in a collaborative and credible way.

  • challenge status quo and turn complexity into clear, decision-ready insights.

  • be customer oriented and focus on outcome-driven steering, measurable results, and value realization rather than activity-based reporting.

  • enjoy working on strategic priorities in environments with constructive tension, competing demands, and incomplete information.

  • professional proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory

Furthermore, it is desirable that you will have:

  • strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect detail to enterprise-level priorities.

  • the ability to think and act at portfolio level, beyond individual programmes or projects.

  • Decision making skills and ability to oversee priorities, whilst managing a variety of internal stakeholders interest

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Strategy Execution and cooperating closely with directors, budget holders, business owners, and senior programme and project managers across the organisation.

You will be part of the Transformation Office currently consisting of 3 team members
