Do you want to make a difference and contribute to creating a better world? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge, while putting your ideals to work? Join us, we are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.
We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.
Currently, we’re strengthening our product organization within the Work Smart Value Stream, a dedicated area focused on enabling co-workers through effective processes, tools and ways of working. It is our purpose to empower our co-workers to unlock their digital potential, so that they can work smartly, to accelerate our client’s sustainability ambitions. WorkSmart is an enabling Value Stream, responsible for all digital internal and non-banking systems, what we call “running the company.” And we do this through four dynamic Empowered Product Teams (EPT’s). For the EPT Co-worker LifeCycle we are looking for a new colleague. With a focus on a major global HR transformation, we would like to bring on board a Product Manager Co-Worker LifeCycle (HR Technology).
How you will make a difference
You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by leading the delivery (third parties), implementation and adoption of HR technology solutions that improve the co-worker lifecycle and support our move towards one global HR system.
Next to shaping a clear product vision and roadmap for your focus area, you will ensure that do-worker needs, business priorities, compliance requirements and operational feasibility are reflected in product decisions.
-
You will play a key role in a global program to transition towards one integrated HR platform, helping ensure new solutions are embedded effectively in processes, systems, and day-to-day ways of working.
-
You will take end-to-end ownership of your product area, from concept and prioritization through delivery, implementation, and adoption across the organization.
-
You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, HR stakeholders, country teams, and implementation partners to deliver change in a complex international environment.
-
You will track outcomes, adoption and realised benefits, using feedback, data, and insight to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
-
You will help create alignment across a broad stakeholder landscape and support Junior Product Managers in their development.
What you will bring
Your unique potential and your values matter to us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious about their impact on society, environment, and the economy.
To be successful in this role, you will:
-
bring a collaborative and results-oriented approach to product management in a complex change environment
-
be able to connect strategy, implementation and adoption, while giving clear direction and supporting others effectively
-
build trusted relationships across disciplines, balancing stakeholder needs with user value, risk and long-term impact
-
be customer oriented and comfortable working in an environment where technology, process and people change come together
-
enjoy working on meaningful transformation and continuously improving how co-workers experience internal services
Furthermore, it is desirable that you will have:
-
a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership or a comparable role, preferably in HR technology, enterprise platforms or business transformation
-
experience driving adoption and change, ensuring new tools and processes land successfully in the organization
-
experience with backlog management, prioritization and value-driven delivery in Agile or Scrum-based environments
-
practice in working with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, technology, operations, risk and external vendors
-
sound understanding of compliance, risk and operational considerations in product decision-making
-
ideally, experience in financial services or another regulated environment
-
Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus
-
It is an advantage if you have proven experience in the delivery and implementation of HR technology solutions, including multiple complex HR IT projects with integrations and extensive data migration, ideally in a multi-country or global environment.
Your future colleagues
You will be reporting directly to the Value Stream Lead and cooperate closely with the colleagues in the Strategic OneHR program.
You will also work closely with other HR teams, country teams, legal, risk, and external implementation partners to support successful delivery, rollout and continuous improvement of your product area.
