Join us, we are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.

We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.

Currently, we’re strengthening our regulatory reporting policy capabilities. Due to the increasing number and complexity of regulatory reporting requirements, we would like to bring on board a Regulatory Reporting Policy Specialist for a temporary contract with the intention for a permanent contract.

How you will make a difference

Regulatory (reporting) requirements set on financial institutions continue to increase in number and complexity. Following the implementation of CRR3, Triodos Bank is further strengthening and evolving its regulatory reporting capabilities towards a more forward-looking and business aware reporting entity. As a Regulatory Reporting Policy Specialist, you are fundamental in translating the ever evolving (external) regulatory reporting landscape towards (internal) policies, procedures and technical requirements.

You are responsible for monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

You will:

  • Monitor, analyse and interpret regulatory developments (e.g. Basel IV, CRR, CRD VI)
  • Translate regulatory requirements into policies, reporting standards and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain regulatory reporting policies, procedures and manuals
  • Support decision-making with technical and regulatory insights
  • Ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, reporting processes and data infrastructure

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious of their impact on society, environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you are an experienced regulatory reporting policy professional, and you communicate easily, both verbally and in writing. You work accurately and in a structured manner and support the organisation in complying with regulations.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • At least 8–10+ years of experience in financial services and regulatory reporting
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, Basel)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Experience in change management is a plus

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to Madelon Pas (Head of Regulatory Reporting) and cooperate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Regulatory Risk, Data & Analytics, and other relevant business and specialist teams.

The Regulatory Reporting team currently consists of five team members.
