Our recruitment process

When you apply to Triodos, we want the process to be clear, respectful and human.

Our recruitment approach is similar in every Triodos country, with small local differences. We look at your alignment with our mission and values, your experience and skills, and your potential to grow with us.

Our process:

  1. Apply – You submit your CV and, when relevant, a short motivation. We review all applications carefully.
  2. Introductory call – If you are selected for the next step, we begin with an introductory call to get to know each other and clarify expectations.
  3. Interviews – Here you can meet your future manager and colleagues. We create an open space where we can explore the opportunity together. Some roles may include a case or assessment.
  4. Decision – We evaluate all feedback against clear criteria and keep you informed about the outcome.
  5. Offer & onboarding – If we choose each other, we discuss your offer and prepare a supportive start.
