Working in our new Value Stream organisation, you will help shape how marketing creates meaningful value for our customers.

As a Customer Value Marketer, you work every day to deepen customer engagement and create value that matters. You listen to our customers, explore their needs and behavior, and translate these insights into relevant, targeted marketing initiatives that local teams can use and tailor to their market. Think of campaigns that inspire customers to make more impact with their Triodos Bank account, relevant and meaningful communication that informs, supports and inspires our customers to choose sustainable products, and initiatives that connect people with each other around shared values and a common goal: creating positive change together.

Together with two fellow Customer Value Marketers, you will be part of a larger Customer Value Marketing team. Together, you will support both the Retail and Business Banking customer segments, combining your complementary expertise to create meaningful customer experiences across our full customer base.

You work closely with various teams, including Value Streams, Group Marketing, local marketing teams, and Customer Insights, to ensure that marketing activities contribute to customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. Through your initiatives, customers feel heard and valued, and you encourage them to remain actively engaged and use our products and services more frequently.

How will you make a difference?

  • You translate customer insights and data into concrete (automated) campaigns and actions that activate and delight customers.
  • You develop marketing initiatives that increase customer value and contribute to long-term customer relationships, for example by stimulating cross-sell and upsell.
  • You initiate group-wide campaigns and work closely with local teams to ensure they align with customer needs in each market.
  • You represent the customer and marketing perspective in the development of products and services, ensuring a strong fit with the customer journey and customer needs.
  • You are responsible for stakeholder management and bring colleagues and partners along in your plans and approach.

What do you bring?

  • 7–10 years of experience in creating campaigns that truly engage and activate customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decisions and measure results.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, with a proven track record of designing, implementing and optimizing personalized customer journeys across multiple channels.
  • Experience with international collaboration and aligning group-wide campaigns.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that initiates and leads programmes from analysis to development and delivery.
  • A strong team player who knows how to involve stakeholders at all levels in your plans.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, always with the customer's interest at heart.
  • Experience with Business Banking or marketing for business customers is a plus.

  • an annual salary between €119.679 and €164.560 based on a 36-hour workweek
