About Us:

Triodos Bank finances projects that benefit people and the planet. We’re committed to ethical sustainability, transparency, and high-quality service. We welcome candidates who share these values and want to drive positive change.

The Opportunity
As an Investments Coworker, you will join a growing team who are collectively responsible for ensuring that investment-related activities are completed to the highest standards. You will help ensure that customers’ investments consistently receive the level of service and protection they deserve, while also ensuring the bank continues to adhere to relevant regulations.

This role is available on a 9 month fixed term contract basis.

We offer flexible, hybrid working, typically with two to three days per week in our Bristol Head Office, and the option to work from home on other days following an initial training and induction period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete core team processes in line with KPIs, including monitoring client orders, bulk dealing, and payment flows.
  • Reconcile and check records of investment-related monies and assets, investigating and resolving processing exceptions.
  • Ensure fair outcomes for customers in non-standard scenarios such as rejected applications, complaints, redress, shortfall cover, switches, and ISA oversubscriptions.
  • Compile inputs for regulatory returns, including CMAR to the FCA and ISA reporting to HMRC, and maintain insolvency frameworks such as CASS (Resolution Pack) and FSCS (Single Client View).
  • Oversee relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including platform and fund providers, agent banks, payments teams, depository, and nominee.
  • Manage risk by maintaining process documentation, operating controls, escalating incidents or breaches, and supporting audits with explanations and evidence.
  • Support ongoing and future change initiatives, identifying process improvements, contributing to systems enhancements, and actively participating in team development activities.
  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance, ensuring ethical behaviour and delivering positive customer outcomes in line with Triodos’ values.

What We’re Looking For:

You will have experience within financial services, or other regulated industry, and you will bring a solid understanding of investments and investment products. You will have experience of core processing and administrative activities, such as order handling, record-keeping, record-checks and reconciliation, income collection and distribution, and account servicing (including customer data).

You will take pride in delivering work to a high quality, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.

You will champion continuous improvement and contribute to a high performing team. You will be familiar working within an IT-led processing environment, including the use of platforms, applications, and core Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

You will have awareness of relevant regulatory requirements, with knowledge of CASS (particularly CASS 6 and 7) being highly desirable for this role.
