Do you want to make a difference and contribute to creating a better world? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge, while putting your ideals to work? Join us, we are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.

We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Process Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. While this role will initially focus on KYC processes, we are looking for someone who is willing to support a broader range of change initiatives.

How you will make a difference

As a Business Analyst / Process Manager, you play a key role in strengthening and improving the private investment value stream. You will work on process optimisation, digitalisation, regulatory driven improvements, and system enhancements across the private application landscape. This includes mapping end-to-end processes, analysing how data flows across the organisation, identifying where critical data is created, consumed, validated, or transformed, and ensuring that all dependencies, systems, and control points are clearly defined and futureproof. You will strengthen the understanding of which data is needed where, by whom, and for what purpose, and ensure processes and systems align with those data needs.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology, translate requirements into actionable changes, and help the organisation move towards a more data driven, compliant, and efficient way of working. You will begin with a strategic project focused on improving our KYC and CDD processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance data understanding within business processes, ensuring workflows, systems, and reports are accurately aligned with organisational data needs and support robust data governance requirements.

  • Define and reinforce data requirements across all processes, establishing clear ownership, quality controls, and governance measures to ensure the right data is available at the right time.

  • Utilise KPIs and data analytics to drive continuous improvement, boosting reliability and efficiency across key business processes.

  • Manage supplier relationships, coordinate testing, oversee change management procedures, and support the resolution of operational issues.

  • Analyse business processes to identify bottlenecks, proposing optimisation and automation opportunities across applications such as eFront Invest, Flowable, and KYCP.

  • Translate complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, and requirements for development teams, facilitating effective delivery of solutions.

Who you are

  • A strong communicator who can translate complex business and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

  • Analytical, structured, and curious — with a passion for understanding how processes, systems, and data interact.

  • Skilled in mapping data flows and identifying where data quality, ownership, or governance need to be strengthened.

  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams.

What You Bring

  • Affinity with the mission and vision of Triodos Bank and Triodos Investment Management (TIM).

  • Affinity with investment processes and digitalisation.

  • Experience in querying or programming with SQL, (low-code) applications or similar.

  • Experience and affinity with (technical) process optimisation and/or automation tooling.

  • Knowledge of business improvement methods like Lean, Agile, Design thinking etc.

  • Understanding of KYC/CDD/AML regulations is an advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a technical change role

  • Residency in the Netherlands.

Your Future Colleagues

In your role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Data Management, IT and Process, forging a close collaboration with your colleagues in the Business Analysis and Process team. This team maintains a strong connection with the Data Competence Centre of Triodos IM, collectively responsible for optimizing support to business teams in areas such as data management, automation, and process management.

Your role is dual-faceted: supporting business lines in describing and implementing changes, while also defining and gatekeeping governance to maintain these processes. Additionally, you will provide solicited and unsolicited advice on the effectiveness of the value chain and the Risk and Control Framework.
