Do you want to make a difference and contribute to creating a better world? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge, while putting your ideals to work? Join us, we are a frontrunner in impact banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.
We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.
We are currently looking for a Junior Change Analyst to join our Managing Everyday Finance team on a permanent contract. In this role, you will help improve end-to-end customer journeys for daily banking needs through simple, secure, and reliable payment and account services. This includes customer journeys and propositions related to current accounts, cards, and everyday payments. Starting from customers’ daily financial needs, we translate these into compliant, easy-to-use solutions that support seamless banking every day.
As we continue our transition towards Value Streams and Empowered Product Teams, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a customer-focused and purpose-driven environment.
How you will make a difference
As a Change Analyst Everyday Finance in our Empowered Product Team (EPT), you will work according to Value Stream and Agile principles. Together with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Testers, and other stakeholders, you will help shape products and services that meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. You will help us “change finance to finance change” by translating business needs into clear requirements that support customer-focused, compliant, and effective banking solutions.
Within Managing Everyday Finance, you will work on change initiatives related to daily banking and payments, such as payment flows, cards, accounts, and related customer journeys. You do not need to currently hold a Change Analyst title, but you do need to understand how payments work in a banking context.
Together with the Product Manager, Software Engineers, and Testers, you will support and improve the team’s products on a functional level. You will help ensure that changes are well analysed, clearly defined, and valuable for customers, colleagues, and the business.
What you will bring
Your unique potential and values matter most to us. We are looking for people who are self-aware, think holistically and are conscious of their impact on society, the environment and the economy.
This role is suited to a junior professional with 2–3 years of experience who is excited to develop further in analysis and change-related work within banking.
You enjoy working in an Empowered Product Team where priorities are driven by measurable outcomes rather than project plans. You like collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, testers, and you are motivated to learn how to work in an environment where customer value, experimentation, and continuous improvement are central.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, information analysis, change delivery, or a related role within banking or another regulated environment; or 2–3 years of experience in banking and/or payments, with a good understanding of everyday banking services such as accounts, cards, and payment flows, and a strong interest in developing yourself in analysis and change-related work
-
be able to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into clear documentation
-
have experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items
-
work in a structured and collaborative way, building strong relationships across business and technology
-
be analytically strong and able to turn complex questions into practical, workable solutions
-
take ownership, learn quickly and respond with care and professionalism in a changing environment
Furthermore, it is desirable that you will have:
-
experience supporting products or applications on a functional level
-
a basic understanding of data and systems in a digital product environment
-
an interest in sustainable banking, purpose-driven organisations or impact-led financial services
-
awareness of developments in the payments industry, such as instant payments, digital wallets and changing regulation
-
professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus
Your future colleagues
You will be reporting directly to the Value Stream Lead Managing Everyday Finance and cooperate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Testers and other colleagues involved in change delivery.
The team currently consists of 7 Product Managers and 4 Change Analysts.
You will also collaborate with country teams to gather local insights and with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and ensure solutions fit both customer and business needs.
