Currently, we're strengthening our Being a Triodos Customer team — a dedicated, outcome-focused business unit that owns the customer foundation of the bank, from the moment someone joins us to every interaction that follows. Because the team plays a central role across all our commercial activity, and we want to deepen our analytical capability and data-driven decision-making, we would like to bring on board an experienced Change Analyst.

You will drive a data-informed approach to change; grounding all major recommendations in evidence about customer impact, business outcomes. Your role is to make the value of our change initiatives tangible and measurable, helping leaders understand not just what we're building, but why it matters and what return we're getting on our investment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead analysis of product performance, using customer feedback, performance data and market insights to drive continuous improvement in both our products and how we work
  • Build the business case for change initiatives, defining clear success metrics, and design solutions that meet both customer needs and compliance standards
  • Elicit, document and refine business and information requirements through active stakeholder engagement, process mapping and data exploration
  • Break business challenges into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the Product Manager in prioritising the backlog
  • Ensure products are embedded effectively in the business, driving sustainable change and supporting control testing

  • An outcome-focused mindset: you think in terms of measurable impact and can build a business case for change
  • Strong technical and data literacy—comfortable with data exploration, and metrics definition
  • Certification in Scrum, Agile, or business analysis
