Do you want to make a difference and contribute to creating a better world? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge while putting your ideals to work? Join us. We are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.

We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members, with human dignity at its core.

Currently, we’re strengthening our change and product capabilities within the Work Smart Value Stream, a dedicated Value Stream focused on enabling colleagues through effective processes, tools, and ways of working. Due to the ongoing development of our Digital Workspace roadmap, we would like to bring on board a Change Analyst – Digital Workspace.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’ by analysing, shaping, and supporting digital workspace solutions that help colleagues work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and adopt new technology with confidence. In addition to supporting and maintaining products on a functional level together with the Product Manager, IT Enablement, and vendors, you will translate business challenges and user needs into clear requirements that improve the digital employee experience.

  • You will work across a broad internal tooling landscape, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Atlassian, and other workplace and AI-enabled tools used by colleagues across the organisation.
  • You will elicit, document, and refine business and information requirements through stakeholder engagement, process mapping, data exploration, and analysis of adoption and usage patterns.
  • You will break down change needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items, and support prioritisation to ensure the team focuses on the highest-value improvements.
  • You will help ensure new solutions are embedded effectively in day-to-day ways of working, supporting implementation, business change, and functional stability.
  • You will analyse adoption, feedback, and performance data to help steer uptake, improve colleague experience, and guide continuous improvement of the digital workspace roadmap.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, testers, and stakeholders across the organisation.

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter most to us. We look for people who are self-aware and who think holistically, always conscious of their impact on society, the environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • bring a collaborative and structured approach to analysing business needs and translating them into practical improvements
  • be comfortable working across people, process, and technology, helping stakeholders move from ideas to implemented change
  • combine analytical thinking with a strong user focus, always looking at how tools are experienced and adopted in practice
  • build trusted relationships across different teams and guide conversations that create clarity, alignment, and progress
  • enjoy working in a changing environment where digital collaboration and new technologies continue to evolve

Furthermore, it is desirable that you have:

  • a minimum of 4 years of experience in change analysis, business analysis, or requirements engineering in digital workplace, enterprise tooling, or internal technology environments
  • experience with collaboration and productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365, and ideally exposure to CopilotAtlassian, or similar workplace tooling
  • proven experience in eliciting and refining business and information requirements, and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • experience supporting implementation, business change, and functional embedding of new tools or processes
  • confidence working with adoption insights, performance data, and user feedback to improve solutions and steer continuous improvement
  • strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum-based environments
  • ideally, experience in a regulated environment such as financial services or another complex organisation
  • professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Value Stream Lead Work Smart and cooperate closely with the Product Manager Digital Workspace.

You will also work closely with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders such as Technology, Legal, Risk, and other business teams to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and successfully embedded.
