Currently, we’re looking for a driven, mission-aligned Senior Change Controller

 

 

How you will make a difference

 

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’ by acting as the engine of our investment process, supporting the team through every stage of the deal lifecycle—from initial market mapping to term sheets, and from due diligence to the execution of finance structures.

As Senior Change Controller, you will be the financial and value “co-pilot” to major transformation programs. You’ll bring together business controlling, benefit tracking, and strategic project governance to create transparency, challenge assumptions, and secure decision-ready insights.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning for Change Initiatives which lead and provides to

  • financial planning for transformation portfolios, aligning with strategic targets
  • insights on financial risks, opportunities, and decision-support for senior stakeholders

Business Controlling for Transformation Portfolio

  • track portfolio performance, conduct variance analysis, and assess initiative profitability
  • challenge assumptions, ROI, and underlying logic of key initiatives
  • deliver concise, decision-ready reports for management/steering committees

Benefit Tracking & Value Realization

  • build/maintain integrated benefit-tracking systems for strategic initiatives
  • measure financial (cost savings, revenue) and non-financial (productivity, quality) benefits
  • monitor targets, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions with initiative owners

Governance, Standards & Strategic Support

  • establish/improve tools, processes, and governance for value tracking/reporting
  • facilitate prioritization based on value, risk, and strategic fit
  • partner with Finance, Strategy, PMO, and business stakeholders to align metrics and narratives



To be successful in this role, you will:

 

  • Set long-term strategy and focus on core issues
  • Hold yourself and others accountable for initiating tasks and delivering results on time
  • Overcome personal discomfort and interests to make decisions for the good of the
    mission and/or team
  • Extensive hands-on experience in transformation, controlling or accounting functions, preferably at financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of management accounting principles (CAPEX and OPEX spending), performance management frameworks, and methods to assess investment returns relevant to transformation and strategic project portfolios
  • Highly developed analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills, with a specific focus on business cases, value/benefit tracking, and scenario analysis for large-scale change initiatives

 

 

 

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

 

  • An ability to lead or play a role in significant financial projects and navigate across multi-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively in all circumstances demonstrating style flexibility
  • A Master’s degree, preferably CFA, CPA (RA), EMFC (RC) or a comparable professional expertise (MBA, CMA etc.)

The entire team reports directly to the Group Director Controlling who is accountable for all group and country business control activities and who is responsible for the Group Business Planning Process.
