Triodos Bank is a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing. We believe money can change the world for the better — our organisation was founded on that belief.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across the bank. You will work on a broad range of banking roles, at all levels of seniority, with around ten vacancies open at any one time. This offers an opportunity to build deep recruitment expertise while contributing directly to the ongoing development of our Talent Acquisition function.
Alongside your recruitment caseload, you will contribute to improvement projects that strengthen our services, candidate experience and ways of working. You will also gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment during organisational transformation.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to change finance to finance change by leading recruitment processes from the first conversation through to the signed offer, while helping to build a strong, inclusive Talent Acquisition function that reflects our mission.
Your work combines two complementary areas:
- Managing a recruitment caseload, advising hiring managers and ensuring candidates receive clear, timely communication.
- Contributing to improvement projects that gradually strengthen the Talent Acquisition team and the services we provide.
In practice, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from intake and job advertising through interview coordination, selection and offer support.
- Advise hiring managers on role definition, recruitment process design, interview quality and effective decision-making.
- Guide hiring managers in using structured interviews and join one interview round yourself to support fair, well-founded decisions.
- Support recruitment throughout organisational transformation, initially focusing on internal selection and gradually moving towards external recruitment for roles that remain open.
- Ensure candidate communication is timely, clear and respectful at every stage of the process.
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles while giving every incoming application the attention it deserves.
- Spend approximately 15% of your time on improvement projects, such as employer branding, hiring-manager service, candidate experience, assessment methods, process automation and more data-informed recruitment.
- Help shape the ways of working of a small Talent Acquisition team together with your colleagues.
Your future colleagues
You will report to the Head of the HR Centre of Expertise. The Talent Acquisition team consists of three recruiters, including this role and a Lead Talent Acquisition professional who also manages a recruitment caseload.
There is significant opportunity to further improve the services we offer, and you will play an active role in how this is achieved.
Beyond the team, you will work closely with hiring managers across the organisation, HR Business Partners and HR Service Delivery.
What you will bring
Your unique potential and values matter most to us. We are looking for someone who is self-aware, thinks broadly and systemically, and remains conscious of their impact on society, the environment and the economy.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least five to seven years of corporate recruitment experience, managing vacancies end to end in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
- Strong interviewing experience using structured interviewing and the STARR method, as well as the ability to coach hiring managers in these approaches.
- The ability to translate strategic priorities into clear role requirements and an appropriate selection process.
- Experience finding and engaging relevant talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to keep around ten open roles progressing at the same time.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Dutch is a plus.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Expertise in an improvement area such as candidate experience, assessment, process automation, hiring-manager service or data-informed recruitment.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Confidence working with MS Office and collaboration tools.
You do not need to meet every item on this list. If you meet the core requirements and are excited by the role, we encourage you to apply.
How you work
Just as important as your experience is how you work. You will:
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, including when challenging or advising others. You can identify when a process or decision needs to change and explain why in a way that hiring managers can act on.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues across the bank.
- Bring our mission into every candidate conversation, ensuring people experience it through the way they are treated as well as through what they read.
