We aree looking for an Agile Coach within our Strategy Execution & Transformation team to support this transition.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to change finance to finance change by accelerating agile maturity and strengthening customer- and proposition-centric ways of working across the organization. You will help teams deliver customer value, improve customer journeys, and create positive impact with greater predictability and ownership.
You will work closely across the organization to embed effective and consistent agile practices and support a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for five Value Stream teams.
You will:

coach cross-functional product teams on outcome-driven ways of working, with a focus on improving flow, predictability, and customer value delivery
-
support teams in backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery, using clear decision-making approaches to balance impact, risk, and return
-
provide practical training and on-the-job coaching to Value Stream Leads, Product Owners and Scrum Masters
-
identify structural impediments, strengthen feedback loops, and help senior leaders develop agile

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

previous experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment (mandatory requirement)

a minimum of 7 years of experience in agile environments, including 3 to 5 years in an Agile Coach role.

have extensive experience in agile environments and a strong understanding of how to build agile capability across teams and leadership levels.

be successful in leading cultural and mindset change in a collaborative and supportive way.

be customer oriented and focus on improving customer journeys, outcomes, and value delivery.

enjoy working on systemic improvements and coaching people across multiple levels of the organisationorganization.
Furthermore, it is desirable that you will have:

practice in working with facilitation, coaching, and systems-thinking approaches.

the ability to influence without formal authority across teams and senior leadership.
-
experience in training and coaching Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
-
professional proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is a plus.
Your future colleagues
You will be reporting directly to the Lead Continuous Improvement & Agile and cooperate closely with value stream leads, Product Managers, cross-functional product teams, and transformation teams across the organisation.
The CI & Agile team will consist of 3 internal colleagues and will be complemented by a team of external agile coaches.
