Job Description
Job Title:  Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager, 9 - 12 months FTC
Req Id:  956
Business area:  Enterprise Risk Management
Job Location (Short):  GBR

Who we are:

Triodos Bank is an award-winning organisation and one of Europe’s leading sustainable banks, whose mission is to make money work for positive social, environmental, and cultural change. We offer a wide range of banking services for people who want to use their money consciously – from current accounts through to investments and savings. We only finance companies, organisations and projects that benefit people and the environment.

The role

As Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will report to the Head of Enterprise, Financial & Operational Risk Management (EFORM). You will be responsible for building, maintaining and continuously developing holistic risk and compliance reporting. Your key objective will be to use reporting and analytical insight to support decision-making at all levels across Triodos UK and Triodos Group Boards and sub-committees.

You will use external insight and horizon scanning to support the development and validation of robust models that can be used by the Risk function to strengthen risk management across the Bank. This includes reporting on prudential, operational, climate and compliance risk modelling, as well as the identification of risk concentrations, correlations and potential mitigations.

This role offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, with an expectation to be in our Bristol office 2 days a week with the option to work from home on the other days.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, maintain and continuously develop a portfolio-wide Management Information pack to support the Head of EFORM, Chief Risk Officer and 2nd line reporting, enabling risk-based decision-making and strategy setting, and highlighting emerging adverse trends.
  • Identify and report on risk correlations, particularly across sectors, and recommend appropriate mitigating actions.
  • Produce accurate and timely risk and compliance reports across the Bank’s risk taxonomy at defined frequencies, as well as on an ad hoc basis for the UK Bank and Group.
  • Coordinate Risk and Compliance department committee paper submissions to senior committees, including Core Management Committee and TBUK Board.
  • Horizon scan for FCA and PRA regulatory developments, share relevant updates across the Bank, support implementation where appropriate, and track progress.
  • Oversee the delivery of regulatory reporting and reporting schedules, including model risk management, analysis exercises, and maintenance of central risk logs such as the Executive Risk Register.
  • Maintain robust reporting processes and protocols and promote effective use of the Group’s Enterprise Data Warehouse

What we are looking for

As Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will have strong experience in risk and compliance reporting, risk rating tools, modelling and analysis, with a solid understanding of the relevant regulations.

You will bring advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as SAS. Exposure to SQL, R or Python would be an advantage.

You will be a modelling subject matter expert, able to advise stakeholders at all levels on the strengths and limitations of the tools used.

You will have a strong eye for detail, with experience of producing clear, insightful reports that draw out key recommendations and conclusions across multiple risk domains.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with a flexible approach, resilience under pressure and the ability to work at pace whilst balancing competing priorities. You will have a genuine interest in people and planet, and an affinity with Triodos values.
