Join us, we are a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, and we need people like you to make change happen.

We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.

Currently, we’re strengthening our Procurement organisation. As a colleague in our team has taken the next step in their career, a position for an experienced Sourcing Execution & Contract Manager has become available.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by providing tactical sourcing support, executing spot buys, and managing contracts and suppliers throughout their lifecycle. You make sure procurement activities deliver value, comply with our standards and external regulations, and support strong relationships with our suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Next to working closely with Category Managers and the Back Office in the Procurement function, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to the professionalisation of Procurement at Triodos.

In this role:

  • You will manage end-to-end sourcing execution: prepare sourcing documentation and run RfX processes.
  • You will draft, review and validate contracts, ensuring meticulous documentation and alignment with Group Legal.
  • You will manage high-value and complex contracts, monitor their performance and ensure contract data and related documentation remain up to date.
  • You will validate supplier onboarding criteria, support Know Your Supplier activities and help ensure required information is correctly captured in procurement and risk systems.
  • You will analyse supplier and buying channel performance, identify improvement opportunities and share insights with Category Managers and other stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate supplier phase-out and contract terminations, making sure associated risks are managed and stakeholders are aligned.
  • You will provide support to Category Managers and help implement category strategies in day-to-day sourcing.

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious of their impact on society, environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • be able to influence and persuade stakeholders across the organization
  • act with integrity and honesty in all interactions
  • set focus, work autonomously, and empower others
  • connect effectively with co-workers and partners

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • a solid background in sourcing execution, tactical procurement and contract management, preferably in a financial services or regulated environment
  • proven experience with running RfX processes, bid analysis and supplier evaluations
  • hands-on experience with the contract drafting, review and lifecycle management
  • practice in working with digital procurement tools, processes and governance, and familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks
  • good command of English

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Group Director Corporate Procurement and cooperating closely with colleagues across Category Management and the wider Procurement team.

The Group Procurement team consists of multiple specialized procurement roles covering strategic, tactical and operational activities.
